We wanted to know what the patties on the wall were. It's Yak dung flattened and drying for the cooking and heating.

This is one of those 'Once in a lifetime" trips. It was set up by my nephew, John Dila. Some of you know him because I house sat his dog in Santa Cruz CA and then drove the dog cross country to Boston.
Cool. Please bring home a Yak dung patty for Alden. Also he is collecting skulls (animal, of course) so please smuggle those out of the country as well.
ReplyDeleteTheres an idea for an alternative energy company for you and John in those patties. A little smelly but hey, nothing's perfect.
